The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia has court locations in Roanoke, Lynchburg, Harrisonburg, Danville, Charlottesville, Abingdon, and Big Stone Gap. Bankruptcy cases for residents of Floyd County are handled in Roanoke.
 
Our office is conveniently located just two blocks from the Bankruptcy Court in downtown Roanoke. A bankruptcy case will require several trips into Roanoke, including the initial consultation. But we handle many details by phone, fax, and email, to keep your travel to a minimum.
 
For a map to our office, click here. Directions are simple: From Route 9. take Interstate 81 North to Interstate 581. Exit off 581 onto Elm Avenue, and turn right. The 2nd light on Elm is Jefferson Street. Turn right. The 3rd light on Jefferson is Church Street. Turn left. We are the second building on the right side.
 
If you come up Route 221, you can take Brambleton Avenue to Main Street, which becomes Elm Avenue.  Take a left off Elm Avenue onto Jefferson Street.  Or you can cut off from US 221 to US 220 North.  Exit onto Elm Street and turn left. The third light is Jefferson Street, Turn right.  Either way, once on Jefferson, the 3rd light is Church Street.  Turn left.  We are the second building on the right side. 
 
There is a parking lot on the corner of Jefferson and Church, but street parking is usually available within one block of the office.
